Timothy Robinson is a participant in the 2024 Executive Leadership Intensive, the principal economist for US-based economics consultancy Nathan Associates, and a senior economic advisor to the treasurer of Papua New Guinea. He has worked for the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and various donor organizations. Robinson has also worked with numerous governments, including Liberia, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Egypt, Somalia, Papua New Guinea, Afghanistan, and Jordan. Robinson’s work focuses on macro-modeling, debt, and country engagement with multilateral institutions. He has worked closely with the group of fragile and conflict-affected states, helping establish new institutions and working with civil servants in their reconstruction efforts in their home countries. Robinson has a master’s degree in economics from University College London.
