On October 28, Forward Defense Nonresident Senior Fellow William Greenwalt published an article in Breaking Defense titled “Buy American earmarks slip in: Defense committees must act.” The article expands upon Greenwalt’s earlier commentary in Breaking Defense on a letter signed by twenty-five allied partners urging Congress not to declare a trade war on them.
