On February 18, Atlantic Council Senior Advisor Stephen Rodriguez was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article by Jared Council, entitled “China Lags Behind in Corporate AI Adoption.” Rodriguez concurs with a recent Cognilytica report which argues that the United States, France, and Israel all score better than China on the corporate adoption of AI technology.
China “does lag when it comes to commercial enterprise adoption of AI technologies.”
