Bailee Mathews is a program assistant with the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center, where she focuses primarily on the Energy Transition Campaign. Her research interests include energy geopolitics and climate and energy policy.

Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, Mathews worked at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, where she worked to strengthen climate and environmental action throughout the administration. 

Mathews holds a BA from George Washington University, where she double majored in international affairs and environmental science.
