Coley Felt is a program assistant at the GeoTech Center where she contributes to projects at the intersection of geopolitics and emerging technologies. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, she earned a master’s degree in global security with a concentration in cybersecurity at Arizona State University where she researched international technology policy and disinformation. Felt is proficient in Spanish and her areas of interest include artificial intelligence, the Internet of things, and data ethics.

Felt holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington where she completed undergraduate research focused on artificial intelligence and the future of warfare and studied international relations and Spanish.
