Coley Felt is an assistant director at the GeoTech Center where she leads projects at the intersection of geopolitics and emerging technologies. Her work focuses on artificial intelligence, digital identities, and digital transformation through research and global convenings. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, she earned a master’s degree in global security with a concentration in cybersecurity at Arizona State University where she researched international technology policy and disinformation.

Felt holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington where she studied international relations and Spanish and completed undergraduate research on artificial intelligence and the future of warfare.
