Jon Dunne is a nonresident senior fellow in the Atlantic Council’s Forward Defense program in the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. A three-decade US Marine, Dunne currently serves as the executive director for program analysis and evaluation for the Transportation Security Administration. Dunne is an enterprise planner with expertise in requirements, resource allocation, and risk management. He has led an array of force design and force development endeavors in the areas of strategy, policy, capabilities, concepts, resourcing, and acquisition.
