Wawa Wang is a nonresident senior fellow in the Atlantic Council’s Global China Hub. She is also the director of Just Finance International, a nongovernmental organization that works to ensure government-funded development finance both catalyzes climate and environmental justice and supports the rights of resource-dependent communities. She works with civil-society actors and policy makers to improve access to information and decision making.

Wang’s commentary and analysis have been featured in Bloomberg, Financial Times, the Guardian, the Diplomat, South China Morning Post, Le Monde, Newsweek Japan, Foreign Policy, Energy Monitor, New Statesman, Frankurter Allegemeine Zeitung, and others.

Wang previously worked for international and European nongovernmental organizations, trade entities, and governments. She completed her Master of Laws in 2007.
