On March 9, Forward Defense nonresident senior fellow Kevin Chilton moderated a discussion for the Mitchell Institute’s Spacepower Advantage Center of Excellence (MI-SPACE) in the Schriever Spacepower Forum, which explored US space policy and strategy developments.
