On October 29, Forward Defense Nonresident Senior Fellow William Greenwalt’s report titled “Leveraging the National Technology Industrial Base to Address Great-Power Competition: The Imperative to Integrate Industrial Capabilities of Close Allies” was cited in a Defense News article on steps the United States must take to fix its vulnerability to cruise missiles. He suggested that systematically expanding the Five Eyes Agreement to institutionalize the shared development of military technology is logical.
