On September 20, IPSI nonresident senior fellow Ryo Hinata-Yamaguchi published an article in North Korea News on trilateral interoperability. The article focused on military interoperability challenges to US-ROK-Japan cooperation on North Korea, explaining that the “US has strong military ties with its Asian allies, but Japan and South Korea have far less experience working together.”
