Top News: Heavy Shooting Lasting Hours in Libya’s Capital Tripoli

Heavy fighting erupted throughout Tripoli on Tuesday between militias using rifles, grenades, and anti-aircraft weapons. It is the worst violence the capital has experienced in weeks. The shooting started when a militia member was detained at a checkpoint and fellow fighters arrived trying to free him, according to a militia source.
