AfricaMoussa Traoré is the director of the Entrepreneurship Policy Initiative at the Atlantic Council’s Freedom and Prosperity Center.
A private-sector development expert with more than fifteen years of experience helping economies improve their regulatory environment for businesses, his expertise spans Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and Central Asia. Previously, he served as senior business enabling environment advisor at the US Agency for International Development. He also previously worked as a private-sector development specialist at the World Bank.
Traoré holds a JD from Penn State Dickinson Law and a BA from the University of Maryland
