On November 17, IPSI nonresident senior fellow Thomas Cynkin was quoted in a Yonhap article on the outcomes of this week’s Xi-Biden summit. He explained that although there were few concrete results from the meeting, both sides showed a willingness to prevent a down spiral in the US-PRC relationship.
