On Tuesday, November 11, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. ET / 3:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. BRT at Av. Nazaré, 319 in Belém, Brazil, the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security’s GeoStrategy Initiative and the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center in partnership with The Mosaic Company will host an event on the sidelines of the 2025 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30). This discussion will focus on the challenges facing the Western Hemisphere’s food security in the face of global threats such as climate change, trade and economic disruptions, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
Join us to explore how countries in the Americas can strategically align to develop innovative, resilient, and sustainable agri-food systems for an inclusive, food-secure future. It will also mark the launch and presentation of new Atlantic Council report, “The Future of Food in the Americas.”
