On Thursday, February 12, at 2:00 p.m. ET, the Atlantic Council’s Transatlantic Security Initiative, in the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security, will launch a new report, Putin’s next move? Five Russian attack scenarios Europe must prepare for, by senior fellow Richard Hooker.
The report assesses five key scenarios in which Russia might seek to improve its geostrategic position in the Nordic-Baltic region—the most likely target for future Russian aggression on NATO territory.
This event will examine security in the Nordic-Baltic region, where NATO stands today, and the implications of today’s geopolitical environment for the region.
New policy: In-person attendees will be required to show photo ID upon arrival, and no on-site registration will be permitted. Guests will not be admitted later than twenty minutes after the event’s start time. Registration for this event will close at 5:00 p.m. ET the day prior.
