On August 31, IPSI nonresident senior fellow Thomas Cynkin spoke with VOA Korea about the PRC’s reaction to the recent Trilateral Leaders’ Summit at Camp David. He explained, “I cannot rule out more aggressive action, but I think the Chinese are [currently] very cautious” in their response toward South Korea.
