Soofer interviewed for USA Today article on Trump’s ‘Iron Dome’

It’s complicated.” The article quotes Soofer’s response to Trump’s executive order, citing his claim that it is “even more bold, I would suggest, than Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative.”
