Understanding that international cooperation was crucial to tackle global issues and ensure peace, multilateral organizations were created to facilitate discussion, pool resources, mediate conflict, and coordinate joint action. Whether focusing on security, economics, health, the environment, or energy, these organizations are vital forums of international engagement and global problem-solving.
