Top News: Proposed Amendments to Prisons Act Would Allow Prisoners Telephone Calls

Transitional Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ibrahim al-Heneidi said the Legislative Reform Committee has discussed amendments to the Prisons Act.
