This annual event brought together US administration officials, members of Congress, industry leaders, government representatives from Central and Eastern Europe, European Union decisionmakers, and experts from the think tank community to discuss the geopolitics of climate and energy security cooperation.

P-TECC is the preeminent vehicle for energy ministers and delegations from Eastern and Central Europe to address energy issues in Europe and forge cooperative paths towards a more diversified, clean, secure, and sustainable energy future for all.

On September 6 and 7, 2023, the Global Energy Center hosted events on the sidelines of the Summit of the Three Seas Initiative (3SI) and the 3SI Business Forum, bringing together industry leaders, European government leaders, and experts to discuss the most pressing issues impacting transatlantic security.

The Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security’s Transatlantic Security Initiative, in partnership with the National School of Political and Administrative Studies, convened a task force of experts to develop actionable recommendations for enhancing security and stability in the Black Sea region.

This report thoroughly assesses current European military mobility efforts by individual nations, NATO, and the EU; identifies gaps in existing progress; and provides actionable recommendations to reinvigorate and improve mobility for the short and long term.

This report explores the prospects for enhanced cooperation between Turkey and Western countries in the Black Sea region in the new geopolitical setting following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
