The Atlantic Council’s Romania Office advances work to strengthen transatlantic engagement between the United States and its European allies by promoting forward-looking leadership and impactful strategies at a crucial moment. Based in Bucharest, the Romania Office aims to enhance cooperation on energy, economics, business, and technology, and to align security and defense priorities, in partnership with policymakers and private stakeholders.
The Romania Office builds on over three decades of Atlantic Council presence in Central and Eastern Europe, fostered by offices in Stockholm, Warsaw, and Istanbul. Through major conferences, high-level private engagements, public debates, workshops, and seminars, the Romania Office brings together today’s leaders, thinkers, and entrepreneurs.
