The Arsenals of Democracy Address is a platform for senior government leaders in defense and aerospace to address the public policies that shape the market for defense goods and services. By engaging the perspective of government on these issues, the series aims to cultivate a constituency for practical solutions to these challenges. The most recent iteration of this event series was a public address by Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management and Comptroller, The Hon. Russell Rumbaugh.
